With 20 stores, the Stadler company is Germany’s largest bicycle shop center, a combination of a permanent bicycle fair and the customer service of a specialist shop. BPR Dr Schäpertöns Consult was commissioned with the structural design of the new extension of the retail space on Kirchmeierstrasse in Regensburg. The new building designed by Peithner Architects is approx. 106 m long, approx. 50.5 m wide and has a sales area on the ground floor as well as two underground floors with storage/assembly and parking areas. Office space for administration will be created on the ceiling above the salesroom on level E+2.
