The non-profit hospital GmbH Barmherzige Brüder intends to expand the St. Vinzenz Mitte building on the north side. The blood donation service is to be accommodated in the extension building. In addition, a carport is to be built to the east of the project.
The planned new building will be attached to the St. Vinzenz Mitte building to the north. The extension, which is L-shaped in plan, has a north-south extension of approx. 30m and an east-west extension of approx. 35m.
The new building will have 2 floors above ground and 1 basement. The building is accessed via 2 staircases and an elevator.
Above ground, the building extends to a height of 6.80 m above the ground level. The lower edge of the foundation level will be approx. 5.06m below the ground level.
