Kindergarten is placed in Mitwitz, in the district of Kronach which is also known as the gateway to the Franconian Forest and lies on the Steinach and the Föritz. The project includes the extension of the existing building, with an additional area of 483m2, with one-story building with a floor height of 3.42m. The foundation of the building is a slab type with a height of 25cm. The structure has precast reinforced concrete perimeter bearing walls with a thickness of 16cm and reinforced concrete slab with a height of 20cm.
